Şerbetçi Mimarlık Şerbetçi Mimarlık, 2010 yılında Aysel Şerbetçi tarafından Gaziantep'te kurulmuştur. 2015 yılından itibaren İstanbul'da da çalışmalarını sürdüren mimarlık stüdyosu, birçok disiplini birlikte ele alan tasarımlar oluşturmaktadır. Kuruluşundan bu yana Şerbetçi Mimarlık, tasarım sürecinde mimarlık, iç mimarlık ve peyzaj mimarlığı disiplinlerini bir araya getirerek kamusal, ticari, konut, karma konut gibi geniş çaplı projeleri hayata geçirmektedir. ​ Stüdyonun temel hedefi çağdaş, sürdürülebilir ve yaşam odaklı tasarımlar ile geleceğimize ışık tutmaktır. Bu sebeple stüdyo, yenilikçi bakış açısıyla kültürel ve kentsel bağlamlara odaklanarak mekanın değerini artırmaktadır. 1/5 Mehmet Akif Ersoy Cultural Hub Location: Istanbul, Turkey Year: 2020 Status: Built Type: Mixed Use Mehmet Akif Ersoy Cultural Hub 2021 is the 100th year of the acceptance of our national anthem and on behalf of the anniversary, we would gladly represent our project Mehmet Akif Ersoy Education Center! ​ The building aims to increase the communication of the society by social activities, cultural shares, educational meetings and sports facilities. By the design of Şerbetçi Architects, the education center was also shaped according to the communal needs of Eyüpsultan. Compact design of the building contains three similar units, and also a block with a climbing wall. In addition, the complex has a children house and cafe for the people who attends any event of the center. That reveals how the project is reachable for different age groups and point of interests.

1/10 Gaziantep University Library Location: Gaziantep, Türkiye Year: 2019 Status: Concept Type: Library Gaziantep University Library ​ The project being developed on this area deals with contradictions such as grandeur and modesty, public and private, institutional and domestic, social and distinguished, together with structural and topographical considerations. ​ The ground is split into two arms separated by two entrances, one for students of the University and other for visitors. However, those entrances are operating simultaneously on the ground as socializing areas, study areas and workshop areas as well as playgrounds, indoor meetings supported by eating and drinking areas serving the venue. ​ Besides, the ground provides acces from the city side through the indoor museum as well. The museum has its own flexible open and closed exhibition spaces. The exhibition area provides entrance to the library. ​ Regarding the 10 meter high foyer in the library, it creates an open and comfortable space to study. The use of materials and structural elements, like the arch structure and stone related to the region create an harmony with Gaziantep.

1/5 Nidapark Bomonti Location: Istanbul, Turkey Year: 2018 Status: Built Type: Mixed Use Nidapark Bomonti In the heart of Turkey, Istanbul represents its cultural and historical texture in Bomonti. Nidapark Bomonti is a mixed-use project of residential and commercial spaces, which meets with the surrounding urban pattern to create a strong communication with the city textures. As the Project is nearby high density areas with cultural memory it aims to open spaces up for commercial and public use. The project offers a privilege to reach the important zones of Istanbul not only by accessibility but also by viewpoints and well-connected landscapes inside. The form and the orientation of the building aims to provide the residents with the panoramic view of the cityscape. Top levels overlook the Bosphorus uninterrupted.
